Welcome Baby Cecelia!

100_29001Upstate Childbirth welcomes Cecelia Ellis!  Cecelia was born at Greenville Memorial Hospital on Nov. 25, 2008 to parents Elenia and Brian.  She weighed 6lbs 3oz.  Congratulations Elenia and Brian!
